It's Time To Unwind


"Join me on this deep-dive adventure into relaxation and the brain. I've put everything I've learnt from working with clients 1-2-1 and in groups into this course - for you to start taking control and moving towards becoming the very best version of you."


We are going to take a look at what stress, anxiety and negative thinking are and learn practical techniques to help manage or quieten them down.


This is a six week online meditation course featuring interesting lectures and practical exercises. We will be learning breathing, meditation and mindfulness techniques and you will have a specially created hypnosis track to listen to each day before bed. 


You will be given a great toolkit to use everyday to keep your stress levels low and use during difficult times. It's my hope that you'll be feeling really good by the end of it!
